Commodities out of the Baltics, handled end to end.

Two companies
Different books. Same standard.
The catalogue
What actually moves through us.
The corridor
Baltic cargo leaves through a short list of ports.
From the Gulf of Finland to the ARA hub
The lines are the usual sea lanes between them, not fixed schedules. Hamburg is reached through the Kiel Canal.
- Sea. Coasters and handysize parcels out of Baltic terminals.
- Rail. Tank wagons for inland loading points and border crossings.
- Road. Tankers and flexitanks for smaller lots and final delivery.
Process
From first message to discharged cargo.
- Step 01
Enquiry
Tell us the product, the quantity, the delivery terms and the window. A line of detail here saves a week later.
- Step 02
Specs and samples
You get the specification, a recent certificate of analysis, and a straight answer on whether we can cover it.
- Step 03
Firm offer
Price, terms and validity in writing against confirmed availability. We do not put out an offer we cannot honour.
- Step 04
Logistics
Vessel, rail or truck. Customs, inspection and the document chain are coordinated on our side, not yours.
- Step 05
Delivered
Cargo discharged, documents transferred, invoice settled. Then we look at the next one together.
How we operate
Four things we will not cut corners on.
We buy where it is made
Supply runs through producers and terminals in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the wider EU. Shorter chains mean fewer hands between the refinery gate and your tank.Papers before cargo
Certificate of analysis, safety data sheet, specification, certificate of origin. Assembled for the product and the counterparty in front of us, not copied from the last deal.Screened before we quote
KYC, AML and sanctions checks run before an offer leaves the desk, not after you have committed. It is slower on day one and considerably faster after that.Where it ends up
Counterparties sit across the Baltics, the European Union and selected markets beyond it. If a destination does not work for us, you hear that immediately.Questions
The things people ask before the first deal.
01What size lots do you work with?
It depends entirely on the product and the loading point. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong half the time, tell us the volume you need and we will say plainly whether we can cover it.
02Which incoterms do you quote on?
Usually FOB or CIF, and DAP where road or rail makes more sense than a vessel. The terms go in the written offer along with the price and its validity, so there is nothing to interpret later.
03Can I see a specification before committing?
Yes. Specifications and a recent certificate of analysis come before any commercial discussion. If a fresh analysis is needed for your particular lot, we arrange it.
04How long does onboarding take?
First reply inside one business day. Full KYC and AML onboarding depends on how quickly your side returns documents, and it only happens once. After that, subsequent enquiries move at the speed of the market.
05Do you work with new counterparties?
Regularly. You will go through the same screening as everyone else, and we will be equally direct about what we can and cannot do for a first transaction.
06Which company do I contact, Trade or Invest?
Fuel oil, bitumen, shale oil, base oils and used lubricating oils sit with NZP Trade. Rapeseed oil, used cooking oil, glycerine, logistics advisory and investment sit with NZP Invest. Send it to either and it will reach the right desk.
Next step
Send the enquiry. We will tell you straight away.
Product, quantity, delivery terms, timing. That is enough for us to come back with something useful rather than a holding reply.
